English Show & Tell 

Hello! everyone, Today , I would like to talk about the picture book. 

There is a award called "Hans Christian Andersen award for 

illustration" set by the United Nations Education Organization in1966. 

The goal of the award is to forward children to read more , to promote 

the ability of esthetics and literature, to build up the positive vale 

and advance the peace of the world. 

Once I read a book, there were some words that impressed me. It says " 

for some people reading the storybook is only to kill time, but for me

 reading the storybook is more than that , to read the storybook  can help

 me how to live more  plenitude , how to get along with people , looking at

 things in different ways and to know the meaning of life better." 

One of the Nobel literature prize winner says "The child is the best 

literature reader... is only hope of future in the world for child's 

studying good books." 

Choose the good book for a child is the responsibility of adult's . 

Otherwise, even fog spread, they also could not see the lovely view. 

For myself I like to read the picture books very much. 

In my point of view a picture book can make a big different to the 

children. 

However, I am very concern about the children's education and I will put 

all my heart in it. 

In the future I would like to be a children educator.
